PPL(a) Private Pilot
for students over 16 years old
The Private Pilot License (PPL) course is designed for individuals who want to begin flying either for recreational enjoyment or personal fulfillment, as well as those who aspire to pursue a career as a pilot at their own pace and with a phased investment approach.
If you've always dreamed of flying but not necessarily as a commercial pilot, if you missed out on the opportunity earlier and feel you're no longer young, or if you're still uncertain about a career in commercial aviation, then this course is tailored for you.
For those aiming for a career as an airline pilot, the PPL(A) course provides a pathway to progress through the ATPL(A) Modular course, thereby maximizing the benefits of the initial investment.
- You must be a minimum of 16 years old at the course commencement and 17 years old upon its conclusion, have completed year 10 (equivalent to the 9th grade of school), possess an EASA Medical Certificate Class 2, and hold a visa if you are a non-European student.
