Our Online Prime Technical Certificates
Technical Certificates are specialised vocational qualifications offered across various industries and are equivalent to the secondary and advanced levels.
What are BTECs?
BTECs are specialised vocational qualifications available across diverse sectors, such as business and sports. They are recognized as Technical Certificates and form part of the Apprenticeship Framework.
Technical Certificates are offered at different levels. At Prime School International, we provide Level 2 and 3 equivalents at secondary and advanced levels, and through our university institution, Prime Technical Institute, we offer Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications for Working Life.

Unlike exams such as IGCSE and A levels, Technical Courses do not require students to sit for a specific examination day; instead, assessments are based on assignments. The curriculum of our Technical Courses aligns with British National Occupational Standards, making them respected qualifications acknowledged by standard-setting bodies (SSBs) and Sector Skills Councils (SSCs) across industries.
